Either way, if the players you are coaching repeatedly make the same mistakes....its on you as much as them because its your job to change them from doing so.

It’s not the bulk of the players though
It is a small handful and in my view most notably Vlad

They're like a Sutter coached NHL team, built for the low scoring playoffs.

As much as the base running error was inexcusable it's the jog home on the winning run that really chaps my hide.
Where's the effort on a play like that.
He doesn't approach the game with the required degree of seriousness.

Jordan Hicks might have the best pure stuff of any pitcher who’s ever worn a Blue Jays uniform. I don’t know if we have a chance to re-sign him but, if he can ever really lock in his location, he will be an absolute monster.
I’d back up the brinks truck to keep him. We have a bunch of money coming off of the books this off season and will be able to promote a few guys who are cheaper to fill in for Merrifield and Chapman. Hicks could be the centerpiece of a great bullpen. Teams are becoming more and more reliant on their bullpen as starters rarely go much past the 6th and so I think it is a worthwhile investment to sign a 27 year old guy who can hit 103 with movement.

100%. Let's not forget that the bullpen was a big weakness earlier on this season, with arms such as Bass, Cimber and Pop.

This is the most bizarre season.
Jays just had a walk off win, tied for a playoff spot, and I was nothing but angry about it.
What is going on? Are my expectations out of whack? Is this team just that unlikeable? They have a great record and the best pitching staff in baseball and I can’t find myself to be happy or excited about it.

I will never understand what happened in that Rangers series. The Rangers have now lost 18 of their last 23 excluding that series. Just bonkers what happened.

I am not quite sure which team is more pathetic right about now. They come in and just kill the Jays and now are at risk of being swept by the sub 500 guardians and give it right back to the jays. Bonkers

They are just not that fun to watch, too many mistakes, too many under performers. Davis Schneider is the only great story outside the pitching staff which has been incredible.

Seattle's announcers sound as depressed as Monster Truck Michaels when the Oilers are losing.
