Women's u.s Title tourney could also be a good way to bring Alexa Bliss back.

Loved the ending of Smackdown with Heyman recruiting "Paul Heyman Guy" CM Punk. Amazing booking that leads to a short term reunion, and can lead to so many places. Any allusions to Punk/Roman in a future feud is a plus!

Not to mention the Shield Punk had early run ins.
Should be a fun match. Saves Roman v Rollins. They should not reunite until.they go 1v1 again.

As long as they keep her away from the Wyatt Sicks or whatever they're called now.
I mean you give Alexa a crappy storyline and he works her ass off to make it work.
I expect we won't see Bliss back until wrestlemania time.

Full Gear was AEW's normal strong PPV performance but with maybe better story telling.
My only gripe is they continue to do weird things with their former champions...
MJF has been booked poorly since losing the title and then returning IMO
Samoa Joe lost the title, got taken out by Jericho and learning tree and has been gone for 5 months (to film Twisted Metal I think but still)
Swerve was probably the hottest guy in the company but has completely cooled off now
After losing to Danielson, Page, and pretty much squashed by Lashley in quick succession here.
These guys lose the title and don't even try to win it back, they dissappear from main event / title picture all together. I get the whole "instant rematch" thing is played out but for the world title it's booked as if they don't even care they lost it.

I kinda love the idea of Punk at War Games. It's going to be a fun match.

I dont like Punk at all, feels like a random swerve that I personally dont care for. Just feels like filler to drag out the Bloodline Cival War until Rumble/WM

It's a random swerve that a majority of fans expected. In another place and time, I am sure WWE planners would have preferred Lesnar... but he continues to be nuclear.
I prefer Punk to Seth.

I think in the end Heyman sides with Rock and it helps set up some fueds with Reigns / Punk as the guys Heyman betrayed.
Also gives the Rock a better voice in the WM build as he won't be able to be there week to week and Solo isn't going to be able to carry that on the mic.
Heyman doesn't side with faces, when guys start getting face responses he has always betrayed them historically.
(I could also see Rock getting rid of Solo and it being Rock, Jacob, GoD, and other new signings (Hikuleo, Zilla) as the true "New Bloodline" )

War games should have big fight feel. Might as well call in your biggest face.
I like it because there is a plausible connection, and it protects Seth from being involved.

It's not a random swerve though. Punk got Heyman away from the new Bloodline.

Glad the WWE has also created a Women's IC Title.

So will they have Bianca be the one who "took out" Jade Cargill? Normally you'd think having the veteran Belair as the face for Wrestlemania would make sense, but it would be booking 101 to have one partner take out the other. The only question would be the reason why...? I think they could just build off the backstage rumours that the two can't stand each other, and Bianca was sick of Jade and her inflated ego. That Bianca has all the talent, and Jade is today's Bill Goldberg.
They could even make Bianca the face given the situation... maybe Jade deserved to be "put on the shelf". Look how hot anything regards to Punk and backstage disagreements has been (Drew, Seth, Owens, and now Roman). They can bring the same to the women's division that these two just plain don't get along. In wrestling money (generally) trumps friendships, unless you're bilking a money mark for years on end.

Where is this Miz/Final Testimate/Wyatt6 thing going.. why did they swerve from the wyatt6 haunting Gable to now the Miz, did I miss something with the Gable storyline?

They target people who betrayed their "family".
Gable turned on Alpha Academy and The Miz turned on R-Truth.

Cool to see WWE also added a Women's IC Title. Speaking of women it's the anniversary of Survivor Series 1987 and the Women's Survivor match was gold. Velvet McIntyre and Jumping Bomb Angels were the MVPs of the match.

All that is well and good, but it seems like the only thing it did was kill any momentum Gabel had.
I felt like he was becoming one of the best Heels in the company and it just neutered him.

The Ricky Starks AEW/GCW situation is crazy. Tony Khan playing hardball with another talent, and not giving into his demands. Obviously Khan is well within his right to do so, but Tony is obviously not the "ray of sunshine" he was being portrayed as a few years ago. With that and and the poor planning of the stadium show in Australia (having to move to a smaller venue), just another bad week for the company.
It's becoming the norm that after any PPV they have a series of misfortunes. I also read that Moxley is "unhappy" with his booking, which doesn't make a lick of sense as Moxley writes his own material. I still wonder if Khan read into the backstage rumours and thought Shane McMahon would sign on and lead Mox's faction. The booking has been confusing, and just leads to nowhere. I watch most shows, and still don't see what Mox's Death Rider's are trying to accomplish... really it's just a lesser version of his last group.
