The bats have to get going. As much as Schneider has made errors with the pulls the bats have regressed a little.

4 straight home losses to the Mariners in the post season is tough to swallow.

Jays were a little too arrogant with the taunting of the Yankees after beating them and feels like the baseball gods might be making them pay.

Mariners have gotten every break so far this series.

Trying to be optimistic here. The Jays went down 0-2 to the Rangers in 2015 and turned it around in a 5 game series. So maybe they can do it here too...

After last night they probably needed to win 2 out of 3 in Seattle regardless, now it’s looking like will have to, to just stay alive. Beiber and either Scherzer or a bullpen game probably, in a chilly Seattle.

Imagine paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for tickets to the last 2 games only to watch the Jays fade away so meekly

Hopefully the Jays can turn it around in Seattle. The timely hitting they got in the Yankee series is not there. On top pf that the Seattle pitching is doing what it needs to do to win games. Can they turn it around? I don't know.

I was damn excited about this series.

edit: On a side note, could someone tell Buck to not start his sentences with some weird, elongated noise every time he responds to Dan? "Ahhhhhandwelll he came up two weeks ago".

I remember someone hoped for Seattle’ as it’d be an easier opponent.

So glad we didn’t go to Toronto for this series! Need to take 2 in Seattle and hope for a long series. Nothing is working right now so the day off and change of scenery can only be viewed as a positive.

Timely hitting sure sure.

Both games were tied when the Jays starter was pulled.
