That's exactly why he won't win an election. He's far too smarmy. You'll notice he didn't answer the question. Exactly "who" has said it is irrelevant, it's pretty obvious to, well, everyone, that's what he has been doing. Had the reporter said "CBC reporters" I'm sure he had a tirade lined up for that, too. But there are no shortage of people pointing it out, like Global reporter Rachel Gilmore.

Time crack 7 more beers. This can’t be correct.

Of course, the Quebec method isn’t superior, or at least the federal government doesn’t truly believe it is. Nova Scotia has a very similar cap-and-trade program, and the feds nonetheless expect Nova Scotia to raise its tax to the equivalent of 37¢ a litre by 2030, just like the rest of the country.
According to the CTF’s Terrazzano, “Trudeau’s special deal for Quebec shows the carbon tax was always about politics, not the environment.”

The math is simple: Trudeau is forcing drivers in every other province and territory to pay 14 cents per litre of gas in carbon taxes, while Quebecers pay 10 cents per litre,” Franco Terrazzano, CTF Federal Director, said.

It’s from the CTF and the Sun, so you’re right, it isn’t.

That’s what I thought you would say.
Guess they must have already fixed climate change in Quebec, hence less carbon tax hey Roughneck???

The ‘cap’ in cap and trade has forever flummoxed the Alberta conservative.

He did make her look silly as if you are going quote experts and you can't name a single one, it shows she hasn't done her homework on the actual topic. That said Pierre dodging the question is the exact same thing we have criticize Trudeau for years. The fact that he didn't deny he's courting the far right it isn't going to be reassuring to Canadians that are on the fence. He's not going to win an election being wishy washy.

So the answer to the question is???
You guessed it, those articles are correct.
Since you couldn’t answer that question, I will give you an easy one, why is Quebec paying less?

I could see Notley having a Jack Layton moment seizing the fatigued Liberal voter. I'm not convinced she'd end up PM anytime soon, but depending on how things go, could find herself in opposition.

It's fun to imagine PM Notley and Alberta Premier Smith. Not gonna happen but entertaining to think about.

Her views fits more with Liberal ideas and policies and I cannot see her being elected as leader by the current NDP brand. I mean Mulcair was pretty much kicked out because he was too 'right' for the NDP's core that embraced the Leap Manifesto.

Is vote splitting really what you want though? Would be an easier path for a CPC majority.

We really lack a pro-labour option at the federal level. The liberals are as capitalist as the conservatives on anything non-GHG.

She's a reporter making a fabricated claim on a question meant to promote a Liberal narrative that she cannot backup, and Poilievre called her out on her claim.
She should have been prepared to answer if these were true.
By the way, it was Trudeau who characterized Poilievre as a dog-whistler, which is why Poilievre called her out on her line of question. That is why she could not answer who.
