Backlund is one of the younger players in the draft, a March '89er. He's 6', and young enough to grow an inch or two. Similiar situation here as the Pelech pick, Backlund's injury this season hurt his draft ranking.

LOL, the main question that is asked from the Flames is, "how is your knee?"

Tells you what a great pick this is. That's their only question about the guy.

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy turns out to be one of the top 5 players in the draft. I'm simply beaming here.
