Toronto wasn't great, just opportunistic ... And Calgary paid for it

In the amount of playoff chokes I've seen this team perform in the past 25 years, that was the chokiest choke of all the chokes. That was impressive

It almost doesn't matter what Mitchell did before this game and it almost doesn't matter what Mitchell does after this game. That brutally boneheaded call that literally threw away any chance at the Grey Cup could very well be the defining moment of his entire career.

Another year, another kick in the nuts. Sometimes I wonder why I follow sports at all.

No way, he had 3 plays still to get a touchdown.

He had beaten the Argos deep 2 of the last 3 plays. You play to win not for the tie. He just through the ball short.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Stamps dominated almost the entire game, but two ridiculously stupid decisions late in the 4th quarter cost them a championship. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Nothing wrong with the call.
You can't underthrow it though. If it goes incomplete, you kick the FG

One of the worst plays I think I’ve ever seen in a game. In field goal range with just a hand off pass and then that ! Don’t deserve to win. My oh my. Awful awful decision.

I doubt this will be popular but I like that call, even if it failed. You trust your receiver to make the play.

Absolutely gut-wrenching way to lose, though. Unbelievable. Not only losing the fumble, but getting it taken back all the way, happens once in a thousand plays and they got burnt. Deserved a better fate, but somehow the Stamps seem to always find a way.

Heartbreak. Stamps played well, but close only counts in horseshoes (or so the saying goes)

Stamps kicked their butts the entire game save for two big plays. Then just unbelievable. Can not even compute how astounding that was. Whoever decided to go for the end zone has a lot to answer for.

The fumble though is totally unforgivable. The game was sealed. Just rotten.

Don't mind taking few shots to win it before settling for a field goal, but What a duck of a throw BLM made.

I'll be tuning into the Bo show this week though, should be good

I think BLM has to see the double coverage and just not throw that ball.

3 plays the difference. Brutal.

Not overly surprised after disappointment year after year.
