Isn't the standing lion logo from the British Premier League? Or some football team's logo? I don't follow football but looks familiar to me.

It looks pretty similar to the Dutch Lion.

It is a pretty normal look for a coat of arms. That particular looking lion standing like that.

Gotta admit, in highlights like this, the second thing I look for after the basketball play itself, is Nav Bhatia.

Out of curiosity what were the promoters going for in the way they put the free T-shirts on the seats at ACC? I know in the past they've done all white, and Washington did America's red, white and blue.

It almost seems like they were going for a Canada theme similar to Washington's American theme except they didn't hand the shirts out very well, even with most wearing the shirts it just looked like a sea of red with sprinkles of white in random spots.

It was supposed to be peaks and valleys or jagged edges or a cartoon explosion or maybe a maple leaf or something? I'm not totally sure. Here's a picture of the configuration:

So this is the one I keep coming back to as looking weird. I mean, the lion looks fine. But the way it's trying to dribble a basketball, it looks like it has no freaking clue what it's doing. If you took a real lion, and then tried to teach it to stand on two legs and dribble a basketball while wearing a crown, it would probably look about as awkward as this one does. (Although maybe that's Ranadive's plan, and he's found a loophole in the CBA and he's got a top-secret gym somewhere, where he's trying to teach lions to dribble a basketball.)

The lion head / ball logo, on the other hand, looks great.

Doesn't look like anyone's posting tonight, but man what a start for the Raptors. Carroll looking fantastic.

...and just like that we're letting them right back in it. Got sloppy on D and Derozan with some lazy/sloppy passes.

Horrendous end to a great quarter. It was so typical Raptors - Get up huge, lose intensity. Rinse, wash and repeat.

Huge two threes by Joseph, the timing so crucial. Indiana was starting to continue their run, Josph knocks down two in two possessions to put us up by 6.

First half of the first quarter, for sure, but I'm getting a bad feeling about this one. Our killer instinct just isn't there considering the game. We play hard, get points, then let them back every single time. That's a recipe for disaster against a team playing for their lives.

They'll take every inch we give them and then likely pull away with a run at some point if we keep playing like this.

Basketball is a game of runs. If we take care of the ball then we'll be in the game at the end.

For sure, it's just tough to see two huge leads in both quarters, only to finish up weak both times letting the game "reset" for the Pacers.

Agreed. We still have plenty of room to improve. There were several shots that half that were automatic for us in the regular season, but just aren't falling right now. Improve that aspect and we'd be looking good.

You can certainly feel we needed to do more when we were flying. This Pacers team is too desperate for the Raps to play their typical "hang in there" style. You can feel things slipping away, barring a huge momentum shift.
