Jays will likely have to go 12-4 after tonight to make the playoffs. One more game against Texas(loss) and then 15 against the AL East.


All they had to do was show up against a Texas team that has looked downright awful the second half of the season. What a pathetic display and likely indicative of the poor leadership and locker room chemistry that has been on display all year.

This team is hot garbage, such a waste of a pretty solid season from all the starters minus Manoah.

At least this team should be pretty easy to blow up. Move on from Atkins and Schneider the second the season is done. Put everyone on the block except for Bo. Gausman, Berrios, and Kikuchi should all have good trade value. Chapman, KK, Belt, Merrifield, Ryu will all be gone. Springer can ride out his contract and maybe provide some mentorship. See what the kids can do next year and start the rebuild. No more of this overhyped garbage. What a joke of a "window". 1 playoff appearance and 0 wins.

Well Schneider should be fired for sure.

Before the season started Sportsnet showed a clip of him in the clubhouse. He started off by telling these guys how great they all are and what a great opportunity they had here to win a championship. That they were all elite. Had a very weird message and seemed to suggest they were going to have a cakewalk season and they were entitled to win the division. Incredibly wrong message to send.

This is probably the most disappointed I’ve been watching the Jays. Almost all of them failed this season. I’d trade Guerrero personally.

I had a feeling too going into the series that Texas' garbage bullpen wouldn't matter and that the Blue Jays would find a way to bail them out. So far it's been true.
