Nashville and especially St. Louis' remaining schedules are very soft. We are not likely going to catch any of the pacific division teams with 5 games left unless bizarre things happen and it's not likely that the central teams are going to blow it with the calibre of their opponents.

Need to get the powerplay sorted before playoffs start. 0/5 is unacceptable.

Soon as they went 0 for 5, I knew it would come back to bite em.
PP units require a shake up. Also generally just more urgency.

FFS change the pp formation at least. Put Gaudreau on the opposite side. So stubborn. Gaudreau hasn't done much on the pp in that spot all year.

I blame the god-awful PP. It's costing us points, and it'll cost us in the playoffs if they don't figure it out. And yea, Chicago in round 1 is looking more and more likely, especially when all the other teams in the race keep winning.

Got a feeling we find it in the final 12 and pull out the win

I wish when the PP was struggling that once in a while they would try Hamilton and Gio with the Monahan line.

In case anyone might be thinking I'm being a downer, I actually would prefer facing Chicago in round 1. For the Flames to become a true contender, they will have to learn how to beat the best of the best. Getting an opportunity against one of the elite teams will help to educate them moving forward in the following seasons.
Plus if they some how beat the Hawks, then they get the winner of the Wild and Blues, which is better than likely playing the Ducks in round two.
