I'm trying to download the updates, and it is taking forever. Been stuck at 10% for a long time now.

Lots of load. Plus, it does get stuck around there for a bit but speeds up later.

I just ripped through the tutorial. I don't like how blurry everything gets when you zoom in. I am running the game maxed out.

I finished the tutorial, but I can't seem to create a city. I get, unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again.

How do I claim a city?
