When Bassitt is good, he’s been very good but he’s had several just terrible starts. Today, he’s relied on his defense to bail him out a few times but he’s been pretty awful.

Ryu’s starts have made me wonder if I’d rather see him than Bassitt in a big game. Bassitt has had some amazing starts but I honestly never really know what we are getting from him.

Guerrero should look fastball 100% of the time. 100%. He should never be late on a fastball because he should only be timing up the fastball.
If he gets caught off guard by a change up that’s fine but there is no excuse for him to be late on fastballs or to take them right down the middle.
