Interesting. I went to the mlb play by play to see whether Clement was scored as a single or double.
The Merrifield fly out came up on the play by play before sportsnet showed the first pitch of his at bat. Nearly a minute of delay.

Clement should be an absolute lock to be on the 26 man roster next year.
The contact ability of Clement, Horwitz, and Schneider is just so impressive. They have very good at bats.

It's crazy how often Schneider pulls the starter early when they look good and their pitch count is still low. Like it's he worried that they're not going to get enough work and get rusty??
