Street level entrance to the main concourse. No stairs needed.

I missed the part about the food hall. Is it kindof just a big food court with a lot of popular fast food options?

Keeps the above-ground mass smaller, too - more human scale.

Maybe throw in some local favourites...
Chicken on the Way, Jerusalem Shawarma, Town & Country, Yemeni Village...

I hope they show some concourse renderings soon, I want to see what they've planned for the inside.

Here's a good rendering of what the "flames" on the side will look like:

Correct. The ice level is about 11 metres underground. The community rink is at the same level, literally under the outdoor plaza at grade.

I dunno... I mean it could be worse but that means that they shut down to the public at dinner time 130 days out of the year. Also wish they kept the team store inside the arena and had something of more general interest in that exterior location.

How many urinals? Will the urinals have proper dividing walls? How many bathrooms? Are they going to have unisex toilets? How close to the beer will these bathrooms be?

On-site fire bowl to sacrifice the opposing team's jersey in. Perfect.

I wonder if they will have any GA/standing room only sections or options and if they will incorporate any sort of "vip" or special lounge sections aside from suite and the equivalent of the current Telus club? I would love to see them partner with AMEX and offer a Platinum lounge like the have at Crypto.com in LA.
