I do it quite a bit and this is the first time I can remember it happening... I've had something happen with a different non-Pho soup one time but it's few and far between. Most places do it so much they've got a system and it works, because otherwise you just contact the delivery service and get a partial refund, which I assume is at least partly charged back to the restaurant.
