Elliot was pissed, but, he got his stick caught up in Bouwmeester...

Hahahahha what? You mean Pietrangelo, hopefully? Or because Bouwmeester was on the ice it was his fault? (Bouwmeester was blocking out his man in front if the net).

Kane was determined to score on that shift, and that's exactly what he did

Don't care who you cheer for or how you much you like/dislike Kane but that play by Kane was beautiful.

He danced around Bouw right before that, but to be fair, he danced around everyone. What moves

When will these clowns learn not to do the "I did this all by myself" celebration?
Kane is impossible to like, for many reasons. What a dickhead.

Ah, my bad. Sorry AC thought you meant on the goal. Pietrangelo was weak on the goal rush.

That GWG was insane. It was Patrick Kane doing his best Patrick Kane impression.

Kane just saved the Blackhawks season by himself there. Let him do his thing.

Yeah, on this first entry into the zone. Bouwmeester doing his awkward passive skating instead of reaching out and smacking the puck or Kane's stick.
Brodie would have lunged his stick out and poked the puck away at worst. Keep it off Kane's stick.

I don't have a say in letting him do his thing, but whenever a player races past his teammates to hotdog all the way down the ice for his "cellie", it looks (and is) lame.

Granted I know what you mean, and Bouwmeester is soft but that is Patrick Kane, not Dale Weiss. One of, if not the best, pure stick handlers in the game.
If it was that easy to get the puck off his stick, he probably wouldn't be in the league when you consider his stature.

No I absolutely agree, on that particular play though Kane got the puck just outside the blueline at a stand still essentially. Bouwmeester backed up and waited until Kane was passing him to put his stick down and try to engage Kane at all.
I think he relied (and usually relies) on being a great skater to contain an offensive attack.

Ya I agree and thats probably not the best strategy when trying to defend Kane.
O well I'm happy the hawks won, do not want to see a bunch of series end in 5. Hopefully the Kings can prolong their series tomorrow. Don't care who wins but nothing like Game 7s in the Stanley Cup playoffs.
