Are viewers in Calgary and Edmonton watching the same broadcast or does the station make it city-specific with different commentators etc.?

I've never watched one but I always thought they were street racing/drifting movies. Apparently they are about cars dropping out of planes and guys shooting miniguns like Jesse Ventura.
