Yes, he is a UFA, however, he is also a 74OV, 90SC and 90DU. You can play this guy like crazy and he never wears out. He rivals the Energizer Bunny. In CPHL scoring, he is currently Top 50 in scoring with 25G, 35A and 60PTS. He's also 5th in the league in shots, so he puts alot of rubber to the net. Put with perhaps a better winger and centre, you could have yourself a scoring machine for the playoffs. He's also looking to rate a little lower next season, so you could probably resign him for cheaper then his current contract.

Now, here's the fun part. I am NOT looking for just prospects and youth, we have a good stack of those, I probably could open a daycare centre soon. I am looking for a 2nd round draft pick as well as a winger (>70SC and >75DF) or a strong defensive centre (>80FO and >75DF) in the 28-30 year range. I would also look at a defensive defenceman made of cement (<80DF and >80DU), but preference would be given to another winger.

I am willing to take back players on expiring UFA contracts, provided they meet the criteria above.
Take a look at my team and let me know what you like

^ I will try harder in the future to provide a clearer expectation of what I would like back for players I offer.

Just a n00b GM, obviously have a bunch to learn about this.

Wild would be interested in moving a 2nd round pick in exchange for a veteran winger. Looking for someone with a bit of scoring. Would need cap covered.
Kakao works best.

Pens looking to add another center for the playoffs. Willing to look at any ratings from top 6 to depth. Looking to send picks and prospects back. Obviously the quality of the player determines the quality of the return. Preference will be given to players with a FO rating of 80+. Kakao or PM

The Hurricanes are considering letting Patrice Bergeron chase a Cup

But this is a Calgary Flames Brett Hull situation, a team looking and believing that they have what it takes to win a cup and looking to cement that position... but at a price. The Hurricanes are looking to better their team and not scratch even

Bergeron can be the piece the shift the balance in power for a team looking to win this year and possible repeat.... I do not need to move him

Just putting the word out to not settle for anything less. I don't need to move Bergeron but I sure as hell can be bought, If there's a GM tht wants to go all in for the nest two seasons then maybe it's worth opening the vault and clearing some room for Lord Stanley

The Leafs are waving the white flag. Don't really want to move my core pieces, but most players and prospects are available.

PM works best. Concrete offers are prefered, please don't bombard me with short "what do you want?" messages.

to add to that - here's a list of the guys I am primarily looking to move. I have a little over 8m in cheese left, so I can send full cap for most of these players. Primarily looking for picks in return.

CPHL - upcoming UFAs

C Matt Cullen - 66 ov - 1yr at 3.6m
Great depth forward, good at faceoffs (88). Looking for a dependable veteran #3 center for your playoff run? Cullen is your man.

RW Craig Adams - 61 ov - 1yr at 2.22m
Veteran option for the 4th line.

CPHL - RFAs/under contract

RW Ben Smith - 63 ov - 3yrs at 2.0m
Good bottom liner with some upside. Will still be RFA when his current contract is up.

LW/RW Viktor Stalberg - 62 ov - 3yrs at 2.0m
Decent depth option.

C/W James Sheppard - 61 ov - 1yr at 1.25m
Good bottom liner with some upside. Two more years before he's UFA.

LW/D Nick Deslauriers - 59 ov - 1yr at 0.5m
Hard checker with some upside, has established himself in the NHL this season.

Prospects

RW Jaedon Descheneau - prolific WHL scorer, Blues prospect
RW Tim Harrison - Flames property, long-term project
RW Iiro Pakarinen - has made his NHL debut this season
D Jesse Graham - solid transition to pro hockey so far
D Jeff Taylor - among the top scoring defensemen at college this season
G Nathan Lieuwen - looked solid in his NHL stint last year
G Adam Wilcox - solid prospect, one of the better college goalies
-------------------------------------------------------------
F Taylor Cammarata (ECHL) - smallish, but a good scorer at the college level. Isles prospect
F Connor Chatham (ECHL) - big power forward who's progressing well. Devils prospect
F Shane Eiserman (ECHL) - another big forward, had a decent freshman season. Sens prospect

Jackets are looking to trade:

C - Sean Couturier
67OV
21 years old
$1.35mill

He is currently on IR and I am looking for someone to step in and play.

I will take back a downgrade player if that player is still on an ELC going into next year.

PM or Kakao

Dallas is looking for a high 60s ufa defensman. I do not need cap but the player must make 6.75m or less.

Not much for picks to send but someone like sproul or smith is likely part of the return.

Pm is best.

Drury18 Trade List:

RW Chris Kunitz - 90SC, 74OV. He's 50th in the league for scoring and 4th in the league for shots. 1st Line Winger.

C Brad Richardson - 83FO, 74DF, 61SC. GREAT defensive centre. He also plays RW, so he has an element of versatility. Has been a good PP forward for me recently.

C Maxime Talbot - 78DF, 64OV. Another solid defensive centre. Great PK guy, but he's done some great things with my grinder 3rd line guys.

LW Sean Bergenheim -68SC, 64DF, 62OV. Good depth winger option. Still fairly young and with this move to Minnesota, could project a little better next season.

D Adam Pardy - 75DF, 60OV. Bottom pairing D guy. Cheap and effective in his role.

D Rostislav Klesla - 80DF, 62OV. Another bottom pairing guy whose effective at blocking shots and on the PK. Doesn't get injured nearly as much as real life.

G Jeff Zatkoff - 77RB, 71OV. Definitely not a starter, but he's a good insurance policy in goal.

I only have $7M in cheese, so deals will be made mostly for roster players so that the cheese going back is minimal as possible. Would also look into buying expensive UFA contracts if full cheese difference is sent back.

Trying to address a few area's in my team. Looking for a winger (>70SC and >75DF), strong defensive centre (>80FO and >75DF) or a defensive defenceman made of cement (<80DF and >80DU) in the 26-30 year range.

I do not have room to take AHL guys unless I am able to give up a bad AHL contract or two back. Also not very interested in prospect only deals where I will take 3 AHL players for 1 of my roster players. Did enough of those, I'm good for now. I need to start building a depth roster.

Kakao is best and easiest way to reach me as it goes to the phone. Low ball offers will be laughed at and potentially posted because some of these are pretty entertaining.

Andrew Desjardins for a 4th. Still an RFA aged player. Decent 4th line center. Cannot send any cap.

Need room for Gudas to return in a couple weeks (muffin missed nearly 2 months with a sore knee).
