Rob Ford admits he smoked a lot of pot:

Not that I care if it's true. I am just wondering it changes the opinions of any of his supporters.

Pot's slowly starting to become pretty harmless in the eyes of the general public, that's why you're seeing more and more political figures admitting to it. Hell, there's ben three Canadian politicians this week to admit to it.

There's a lot, and I mean a lot of reasons to think he's a ****ty mayor, but this is pretty far down the list, imo.

I mean his brother was apparently a dealer back in the day, so its not all that surprising Rob liked to hit the bong, especially if he got the family discount

Meh, he's actually doing a decent job. If he could just learn to keep a better profile he'd probably be considered a pretty good mayor.

Saw this on the CBC ticker and had a good laugh about it.

My first reaction was, 'And Canada responds with, 'duh!'

Guy was involved an a crack scandal, is a known heavy drinker, and this is a revelation?

To his credit, he was asked the question point blank, and he just responded. But it was still kinda funny.

No doubt the person most rooting for the video to come out right now is Stephen Harper. Nothing would knock the Senate stuff off the front page faster than this would.

Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair says police have a digital video that is consistent with media reports earlier this year that said Rob Ford was smoking crack cocaine. Ford’s close friend Alexander Lisi has been charged with extortion.

I bet Harper had the video sitting right next to his Hidden Agenda in his sock drawer.

Ford appears to be paying off Alexander Lisi in this pic, he walks into a gas station with a bag and Alexander Lisi walks out with said bag.

whoa this is getting scintillating!
pretty brutal that he's lied to stay in office this whole time, toronto has deserved a new mayor for a long long while now.

This man is highly, highly entertaining. I hope he never leaves the public spotlight. His career to date is movie-worthy.

It's too bad Chris Farley is dead because obviously he'd be the perfect choice to portray Ford in the movie.

i just can't believe toronto one of the largest cities in the world has had to suffer this fool for so long, and it's been an embarrasing amount of time since the scandal broke for the city to be managed by a lame-duck mayor.

Anyone else expecting a Bud Dwyer type of situation? Ford seems pretty unstable at the best of times.

So it looks like Ford got tired of paying hush money to keep the video under wraps and now the dirtbag who was blackmailing him released it? And the dirtbag was... Stephen (The H-Dog) Harper?
