If the Jays win their two games against Oakland they'll pass one of the two. Which would be cool.
It'd also be nice if the Reds could do us a solid and beat the Mariners again. Down 2-1 in the 5th currently.

Rangers down 6-0 in the 2nd. A Jays win and it's likely they're back in a playoff spot tonight and in complete control of their own destiny.

Make that 9-0. As much as I hate the Astros this Rangers collapse has been epic. IIRC they have only won 5 of their last 20.

Reds have come way back to tie the Mariners 6-6, now in the top of the 9th.

Guerrero grounds out into a double play. Shocking.

Vlround into double play.
He now leads the all-time GIDP for players under 25, and plenty of games left this season to pad his lead.

Man. The A's payroll is hilarious. They only have 4 players making over a million. And only 1 of them is playing tonight. Trevor May, their closer, is their highest paid player at 7 million. Just bonkers.

The Reds erase a 5-1 deficit and walk off the Mariners!

Meh he’s basketball.
Joe Siddal seems to be playing the baseball of equivalent of QB1, where he’s strategizing and trying to predict every pitch.

Devlin talks so. Oddly, he pauses mid. Sentence all the time.
He doesn’t know baseball and is horrible to listen to. They’d be better off letting Siddal do the game himself.

Siddal told Kirk not to pull it and he did for a double the next pitch, and told Kiermeier there to hook it and he didn’t and got a single. He is talking way way too much, at least this game.
Sorry why didn’t Espinal run on a double steal?

Espinal asleep out there. Could've taken home on the throw to 2nd. Could've also tagged on the Springer fly. Just bad baserunning all around that inning.

I don't like how Bassitt keeps moving his right hand. Is he hurt? He had blood on his pants earlier.
edit: maybe he's fine? Looks ok now, he was looking at his hand earlier.
