God, can this WC get any better? Croatia wins, some fun upsets, and England/Brazil both on the verge of dropping points early. Still 45 to go I guess for the Kittens

I hope that you at least enjoyed Kane's goal to open things though. Working his way to the Golden Boot!

Hes following England and Rooney's glorious tradition of scoring easy goals against minnow opponents.

To be fair this is textbook spear form, cannot possibly call a foul for such picture perfect technique

Useless in that it should have been applied for the Kane rugby tackle.
That's as clear as it gets.

I don't agree with it. I think everything is a penalty and didn't tell out when it happened.

Caldwell on the TSN panel thought it was a great call!. It's all so subjective.

The question is.....
What would Karius have done?

Same thing Pickford did, watch it sail past him.

Even a CFL ref would throw a flag on that.

So?
One was a blatant wrestle. One was an arm up.

Both fowls. What's the difference got to do with it.

Henderson is the weak link out there, and unfortunately the most important position.

His play has been shockingly bad, even for his high water mark of 80% passing.

Kane said he wants to kick in the NFL someday. Well he's getting a taste of some NFL tackling today, that's for sure. They are all over him.

The Jesus one compared to this one?
I agree with you. I just think that the difference in the VAR room was the elbow for some reason.

I cant watch all of it but that was a great pass to Trippier there! Crossfield and pin-point, its not his fault Trippier Spurs'd it up.

You’re not watching.

It’s evident.

England dominating aerial but not getting much out of it, they could actually use Mr. Elbows right now

I don't know what's more infuriating - the fact that every single attack is dying when Young is involved, or the fact that Sterling is probably the most frustrating player ever.
