Too light IMO

@AdamSchefer:
Bears LB Danny Trevathan suspended two games for violating NFL player safety rules.

Too light?

This isn't Burfict were talking about, Trevathan has absolutely no past history of dirty play. This is equivilant to a 10 game suspension in the NHL

Also interesting Clinton-dix sees nothingnfor his hit on Bellamy

Its actually the equivalent to a 2 game suspension in the NFL...cause its a 2 game suspension.... in the NFL.

There is NO defense of this hit...none. It was intentional, it was targeted at the head, and it was a hit that could be avoided as he saw a vulnerable spot and delivered. He literally could have paralyzed or even killed Adams with that hit.

No idea what you are complaining about and I am not saying this as a Packer fan. It was as brutal as the sport has seen in a long long time.

Comparatively its the same as an NHL suspension of 10 games, missing 1/5 of the season.

The hit was non defensible but it shouldn't be punished more than PEDs should be within the league. 2 to games is not too much, but certainly it's not "too light"

Matt Moore can't be worse than Cutler can he?

Dolphins offence is all kinds of awesome. They'll need a last minute score again to avoid being shut out...Against the Saints. A defence that's probably available in 95% of fantasy leagues

Yeah the fish are dreadful. Though I do agree with what they were saying in that this team has had to endure a lot of really negative and life disrupting stuff since Irma.

Also, Jay Cutler is..well....Jay Cutler and he will never ever lead a team anywhere, and particularly when there is any adversity around them.

Loser football player is a loser.

Why they picked him as a player to coax out of retirement is beyond me. Cutler likes football a hair more than Kaepernick and at this point is an inferior athlete.

It should have been obvious, though it wasn't to me, as soon as he orchestrated his way out of Denver when McDaniels let it be known he was looking for QBs. Cutler didn't even want to compete, he was entitled to the job.

His first couple of seasons were promising, but then his personality and leadership skills became the story. Sad waste of talent.

I'm convinced Peterson's banged up right now. Missed practice on Thursday for "rest", and wasn't even put in when Saints were running down the clock late in the game. Something's going on there.

What a weird game this morning, poor London fans. That was not an ideal game to sell the product. But on the bright side, back to .500 baby! Definitely didn't expect that after the first two weeks.

I disagree. I think he picked a terrible team to sign with and if he were on a team that is willing to give him a chance he'd be decent.

He didn't pick the Saints. They were one of the few teams interested in him because he's done.

It's tough to watch low res NFL after getting used to the HD CFL feeds this weekend. I'm still stunned the NFL would do this to Canadians without even having a season test run first.

A really tough call on Robert Woods with a TD. I thought he made a catch but the Calvin Johnskn/Sex Bryant rules overturn

Redzone had no audio for the first hour or so this morning. Just pathetic.
