I actually enjoy a number of american broadcasts that involve the Flames (with exceptions of course). They often seem genuinely excited by the hometown talent and it's cool to hear. If I were a neutral/opposing viewer it would give me the impression that they're a team to be excited about. Not the case with any of the HNIC national broadcasts, which honestly is disgraceful. But what can you do.
