Well this definitely reminds me of 2010-2011. Flames sign coveted defenseman in the offseason and proceed to negate any kind of team chemistry from the previous season.

Giordano has been terrible tonight. Again. I'm not sure if his arm is still bugging him but he's going to have to figure something out. Captain needs to lead by example and unfortunately the team is following suit.

There is the 1st line, make too many passes strategy. That seems to be a consistent staple in the offense

I'm giving this team until the 12-15 game mark to make a serious assessment.
We need to understand how much of an impact Brodie has on this team. Perhaps the most dynamic defenseman on the team, and they really need that right now to stabilize some of the confusion.
