That Kirk ball would've been a homerun in 26/30 ball parks. He couldn't have hit it much better.

I know that a lot of people will say that it adds to the charm of baseball, but the variation in outfield sizes is one of the most frustrating/head scratching aspects of the game for me.
I didn't really start watching ball until maybe 10 years ago, and when I was told that fact, I thought someone was messing with me.

I'm far from a tradionlist and believe mlb is ridiculous in regards to it, but I would hate for ballparks to have to adhere to ballpark dimensions. It would blow up most of the parks and be so stale league wide.

Unique ball parks are literally one of the best parts of baseball, just talk to any fan that is traveling in the US. It's all about the ballparks, nothing to do with the teams or how they're doing. Imagine 30 Yankee stadiums?

They can do whatever they want past the wall. Still lots of room to add character. Distances and wall heights should be uniform, and no one can change my mind.
It's like every NHL rink having different sized nets.

Some pretty bad misses from home plate umpire in the last few innings.

Love how aggressive Schneider is.
Need to take chances to win games.

Does Horowitz have a decent bat?

Great pitching change by Colorado. Won them the game. Awful at bat by a AAA batter but to be expected.

Sigh. Would it kill the Jays to get that one big hit?!?

Horwitz swung at a couple balls there.

No discipline. Just like the rest of the team.

I'm not sure there was a single pitch in the zone there. I mean, they were close. But not a good bit of hitting

61 runnners LOB in the last 8 games. That doesn’t seem great.
