I owe this group an apology for prolonging the pain. In game 3, I had to delete a post relishing in Oiler pain, even though when I made the post, I knew the Hockey Gods frown on that.
I did not learn my lesson, as I continued to upset the H-Gods by chirping the Oil on this forum, in games 4 & 5, so I went dark, till now.
Thank-you Hockey Gods for your forgiveness.
As I am heading to the draft this week, I am also VERY grateful that I do not have to listen to the GM’s congratulate the Oilers before their pick (although I’m only going to see my Nephew go #1, then probably leaving after the Flames are done).

To have the wherewithal to "cheer" for the Oilers, while knowing our bad luck as a fan base would pass on to them, is the kind of creative and forward thinking CP needs more of.
