Well, this has probably been the worst offence I’ve ever seen in a quarter from the raptors. They’re not out of it surprisingly but man it’s frustrating to watch. They said it best when they said they were disjointed.

Just dreadful shooting....they need the 3pt shots to fall or they are hooped.

Awful.

I can’t remember a quarter that bad in many years. Big hole to get out of now, going to have to start digging right away.

They couldn't even hit layups in that quarter, honestly. Missed about 6 points that way.

But yes, it's very confusing that they can't even hit good looks to save their lives. Has been a recurring problem.

Can Ibaka play the whole game?

The guys on the radio being honest despite being hired by the Raps. They’re stunned at the Raps on both ends, as well as ripping the refs. Refreshing. How can a team be so bipolar?

Yeah, the Raptors can't hit shots, but it wouldn't matter if they could. The outcome is already decided. I'm sure they'll get a few calls when it's out of reach. That's how this tends to go.

FG% is 53% vs. 27%.

The way to win this is to take it out of the refs hands. They are not doing that.

Edit : they are also taking a million three point shots. Just take the sure thing.

The lack of depth is showing through here. Might as well give the bench guys some bigger minutes and see if someone can step up and join the regular rotation. It will be difficult to go many games with only a 7 man rotation. Really need at least 8.

I've only watch sporadically this year, but Jefferson, Davis, Boucher and Thomas all play a smart/safe game from what I did see. That would be an improvement over the mental game that has been displayed so far.

Isn't depth Toronto's secret weapon?

I wonder if Hollis-Jefferson is hurt, because it’s odd to not see him. The other guys just can’t defend at a high enough level to keep up consistently. They chewed up minutes really well in the regular season, but they’ll get picked on in the playoffs against good teams.

Yeah. This game is done. I’m all for giving the bench guys the rest of the game to give the starters a rest while penalizing then. Anyway, now there’s no debate as to what I’ll be watching tonight - Islanders game it is.

Siakam is a way better player then he has been so far this series. He needs to reach another level on both ends of the floor.
