For sure. He got himself banned from /r/hockey for reporting false news on multiple occasions before. Who knows, he could surprise us though, which I wouldn't be upset by.

Definitely. Unless his source is someone in management, he probably shouldn't have wind of stuff like this before actual insiders do, which makes me think he's hearing stuff from someone a ways below management, maybe a scout or something thus his decreased "insider" accuracy in the past.
