Seriously though one thing I miss about Hartley's style was that he seemed to be better with timing on when to utilize players and match-ups to put players in positions to succeed.
A bit over simplification of a statement, I know, but just a casual observation. Like he seemed to value putting in players in positions to succeed over a "strategy" which may or may not work.
