He is scoring at a PPG and leading the Avs in scoring without a lot of top players to play with. Seems to be better than mediocre.

I like that move by Glencross. It's nearly impossible to beat a decent defenceman 1v1. He almost scored last time he did that.

Yeah, I hadn't checked the stats...just hadn't noticed much of him tonight, or the last time they played.
Coupled with the off year last year, I (mistakenly) assumed he had fallen off.

Speaking of Duchene, isn't he a good example of why tanking for a top 5 pick (he was number 3 IIRC) doesn't always work out? He's been solid for a number of years now and Colorado is really not that much different.
