EASPORTSNHL: If you're on that team, you can view the current score and time in the game, however not the actual game.

Yay! No more constant messages asking teammates how long is left in their game!

Also, some concerning news:

eashl this year clubs play one game at a time. This is for a few reasons. 1. promote more 6v6 games and less of clubs with enough people instead playing simultaneous games of 2v2. It also prevents boosting in this way, where teams can play lots of games a night with 2 instead of 6.

This really sucks. So if 10 people are in EASHL right after a Flames game (for instance), then four of them have to wait until one game is complete.

but what about clubs who are well organized and like to run two lines of 6 !

you are right logan, thats crappy for that fatas who would often times have 2 full teams worth on after flames games. however, it is something overall i see as a good thing.

also all the other things like practice mode and custom jerseys will make things so much better. i am happy you can practice 2 ways. doing specific situations with just a few people is a great thing as well as scrimming with the team. both ways have advantages so i am glad you can do either!

Seriously, I think it will be most beneficial for anyone who wants to play net. It will help goalies get a good feel for being in net against humans, before risking the team's standing.

We could just go with a Flames jersey to start. Then, perhaps team members could submit photos of their proposed jersey design, and the GMs could decide, or the whole team could vote.

Man the two man teams ruined everything. Oh well, practice mode should be fun to screw around with while waiting. Still, they should of allowed at least 2 games going on at once. Plenty of teams have over 12 players on roster. Hell, our team had 20+(about 14 regularly active).

Good point. I wonder if retro junior jerseys will be in the game, or if we just get current ones.

i think the small changes to the various modes has me way more excited for this years game than last year.

I would hope that all the NHL/AHL/CHL logos would all be available for use along with the generic ones...then it's up to you to add it to whatever color jersey you want

I was sorely disappointed in that "chat."

I'm excited for changes to EASHL, but they intentionally avoided answering questions about BAP. To me, that means it's the same repetitive mode as last year.

That makes me way less excited and more than a little ticked off.

There are teams from CP for both the Xbox and PS3. Last year, the PS3 team was called the Calgarypuckers. I think most of us have a soft spot for calling the team the Fatas, which is what we called ourselves in '09.
