Nobody would be saying that because it would save a double play. That's just basic.
And the defense would always sacrifice a run to get two outs early in the game. That's also basic.

Really need the Red Sox and Jays to win tomorrow.
Would put the Jays one game behind the Yankees going into the head to head. Then if the Jays can win 2 of 3 against the yanks they would be tied going into the final series with the Jays playing Baltimore and the Yanks playing the Rays.
