When some stinky mouth breather gets on the machine next to you at the gym and they stink. Do they stink from their workout? No, they just got to the gym and somehow just naturally smell like ass.

Bonus points for stopping every few minutes and looking like they’re going to get off, but the stinky train ain’t heading into the station yet.

Why not take one of the machines that don’t have anyone next to them? Who knows.

Nothing like trying to hold your breath for 15 mins.

Guessing they wear “moisture wicking” gear that goes into a gym bag without getting washed? I find that stuff smells like it’s gone 10 years without a wash after 30mins. I will never buy that stuff again. Moisture wicking = stink enhancing

I hate that stuff. Synthetic fibers don't agree with my body for some reason and make me stink after a while even when I not doing anything. I could be sitting at my desk working all day and if I'm wearing a synthetic shirt I stink after a few hours.

Yeah, I’ll take a cotton blend any day. I generally wash my gear after a workout but I could reuse it several times without it ever smelling as gross as that stuff does in one workout, and I sure don’t notice any benefits. I sweat as much in both.

That's the worst. I wish they would go one step further and put the salary in the job listing so you know right away if it's worth starting the application process.

Company 1 - we are losing a lot of people to higher paying roles but we still offer low rates and get desperate people who will take the job and move on in 3-5 months for better work but that’s ok for us as it makes our budget look good despite the chaos the churn causes.

Company 2 - we recognize the industry and inflation plays a role and we want a solid experienced person for a long time. So we are willing to pay a little extra above market.
