Just saw the McDavid "leadership" clip for the first time. If that's what people think leadership is, my 3 year old daughter should be forming a new world order right away here.

Did they award the Cup to the Oilers last night? Listening to SN and Oilers media, it sure seems like it. Parade is back on. Team of destiny!

I saw that on the NHL leader boards. Amazing.

Is there any talk of Draisitl getting suplementary discipline for that dirty hit on Hathaway? It looked like an intent to injure to me and should have been more than just a 2 minute penalty.

Have her spray paint a Flames logo on McDavid's bare chest.

Draisaitl regularly avoids supplementary. 0% chance they start taking action now

According to an article in the Edmonton Journal, the Oilers are (or should be) considering offering a contract to Justin Schultz. A minus-23 last year with the Kraken, he would be the perfect addition to their D corps, because he already has that Oiler stink on him from his previous tour of duty there.

I think it was on 32 Thoughts, it was mentioned Schultz had offers already from a few teams, but he is being really picky and is even considering Europe over the NHL. They didn't say if the Oilers were one of those teams or not, but it sounds like he is at a place in life where he has other values to consider and not just playing anywhere in the NHL just for the sake of it.

HockeyFeed quoted this article today and claimed in its headline "Oilers go after familiar face for boost on the blue line despite first rejected offer!" and stated that reports hinted of a "possible reunion".

Looks like HockeyFeed = E = NG

Q: Are the Edmonton Oilers stupid?

Short answer: Yes.
