I really wish I could see what we have in this team with a legitimate coach guiding it. There are nice pieces that clearly aren’t working out, but I at least want to know what they are without also having to overcome mediocre to bad coaching like we have done since Sutter.

The Flames are one of those teams that players play for sometimes. Then they go elsewhere and have better careers. Or not.

I've thought about the makeup of this team so much over the years, and I know they aren't an elite team, but I just can't put my finger on what's wrong.

I just wish I knew how to fix this team. They just seem so broken.

Its GAS from some of the key members, lack of intensity from those who are expected to lead and coaching decisions that feel like a revolving door
