I can understand getting a call wrong occasionally st first sight, but how can you review that call and then come up with a match penalty?

I was under the impression you had to hit a guys head in order to get a hit to the head penalty.
I guess if a guy sells it well enough you get a match. Noice.

I don't know... he looked pretty woozy. Even said "whoa". I still can't see the head shot, must have clipped his chin. I don't think it was intentional however.
