Why does Johnny and Sam keep trying to pull the highlight reel "Split 4 players" play? It NEVER works.

I don't understand the concerns about Glen Gulutzan. He was first hired by Joe Nieuwendyk, then John Tortorella thought he was a good coach and now Brad Trelviing.

Nieuwendyk, Torts and BT are 3 brilliant hockey minds, not sure who is actually the best out of those 3. If he got the Nieuwendyk managerial seal of approval and the Torts coaching seal of approval that is some pretty high praise and an obvious reason why a smart guy like BT followed in their foot steps.

There's absolutely zero buy in by the Flames to whatever it is Gulutzan is trying to do here. How long can they continue to use the "learning the system" excuse?
