Yup agreed. I have difficulty being a passionate fan of Giggsy's, after learning he slept with his brothers wife. Wouldn't surprise me if he's indicted in this.

Still don't know how West Ham kept him. Payet with the goal of the season so far

Amazing. He really is too good for them, and surely if they're in the same battle (relegation) in January he has to be looking for the exit?

at least some of their fans simply don't deserve a player like that, and honestly, they don't deserve their new stadium either. Bunch of idiots.

Ridiculous. It's shaping up for a complete disaster when Chelsea is there in a bit, and of course some of the other opponents. It really is just wholly inappropriate for soccer though, and its killing that club.

Yikes, that was not a spectacular win by Liverpool. That was some karma coming due, but they could just as easily have lost that one.

United are playing well. Have to bury their chances though, Ibra and Pogba should have scored already. Can't miss sitters like that.

Cannot believe Herrera didn't get a straight red for his challenge on Welsh Xavi. That was pretty obvious.

Good grief can't beat a beer league team at home. Ridiculous. Haven't given a point to Stoke since 1980. Score then time waste , then fumble one and blow the game. Not good enough yet again!

speechless today. How do you not win this game by 4 or 5, with all those big chances? Instead you gift them a ridiculous goal in the dying minutes?! Shambles.

Very impressive win for Spurs. Is it me or are they more dangerous attacking without Kane?

Way to go, Slava. Most impressive Spurs performance that I can recall, given MC's form this year.

Spurs put on a masterful performance today. They were so dominant defensively and clearly that was the difference. I thought having Lamela take that penalty was questionable (but it was a good save), as I would've gone with Son for sure given his recent hot streak. City sure didn't like the press though, and everything was set-up from there.
On a tangent, who put together those City kits? Like fashion is far from my expertise or even competency, but those are atrocious.

Goodness, United should've had a half dozen. Great performance from Lee Grant really.

Aston Villa has hired Steve Bruce. Pretty crazy that a guy like him can't get a PL job and takes over that dumpster fire instead.

I'm surprised he didnt get the England job. Perhaps he only takes his wine by the half-gallon?

I feel bad for WBA fans. Watching your club play anti-football every match has to be so frustrating. It nearly worked out for 3 points today, but 29% possession and a defensive shell can't be enjoyable for the vast majority of the time.
Hopefully the injury to Alderweireld was minor. It didn't look like a big injury, but he looked like he was in a lot of pain, so bad news for Spurs.

Maarten Stekelenburg with the individual performance of the season so far, two penalty saves and a handful of other great saves as well for Everton. Already starting to get really bunched at the top, Liverpool can go top if they blow away United Monday (which, for whatever reason, is on Sportsnet World...).
