I was just as irritated as the next fan seeing that, it was pathetic on their part. But another team could've easily won the lottery.. I dunno, it took the season but I'm getting over it now. It's not as bad as what Edmonton did in retrospect, but it's just the fact that they've rebounded quickly that pisses most people off.
For me it's that I can't stand the Wild and the brand of hockey they've made us endure for years. Same reason I hate the Coyotes. And then they lure Parise out of NJ with a ludicrous 100M contract and the same for Suter. It's kind of sickening the numbers they've thrown at UFAs trying to buy themselves into the playoffs. I think it's a crappy way to build a team and want to see it blow up in their faces.
