When Russel starting skating around, I said it looks like we might win this. Yay, Russel, Yay Hudler.

Then you play Yogi vs the Avs and Rambo against the Oilerz. Not that hard.

Better goalie against the better team and the backup usually gets the second night of back to backs.

so you play the "starter" against the last place team and the backup against one of the leagues best at home
nice logic

There is no starter/backup in this Hartley system. But there is only one Edmonton Oilers and we didn't play them on Friday nite.

Some of these posts that are blaming our goaltending tonight should banned. WTF is wrong with some of you people. I know you're frustrated that he let in that last goal but come on get real people, he played great tonight. Lay off him the poor guy.

Maybe he has earned it, people do get criticized it happens. I thought his positioning was a lot better tonight and he was using his stick a lot more. I hope he continues to keep it simple and keep improving.

The goal tonight can't be blamed on him but it is concerning that he seems to have habit of letting goals in when the game is one the line
How many goals has he let in with ~a minute or less left? It's gotta be 3 or 4

I don't think he would have saved that goal anyway, but it would have been nice to see him try to move over to attempt it.

To be fair I think he lost sight of the puck on the play, that said, he did leave the net wide open on that side and just sat there.
