Jesus, this is getting ugly. So much for my trip to Seattle next weekend.

21-0
Great QB sneak by Cutler...

Babineaux balks on a pick and then can't take down Cutler 1 on 1.

Game over. Missed tackle by Babineaux and another TD.

Even though its snowing, watch for the rainbows about to be thrown by Hasslebeck as he gives the big middle finger to the game plan, and stars thinking he can do it all by himself.

No that was smart and got the ball back at their own 40.

Game was over when Babineux doesn't intecept a ball thrown right to him on the 1.

Well I would be pissed if I was Hasslebeck. He is throwing some solid passes and Seattle recievers aren't coming down with anything.

Only one drop...the last two were both slightly over thrown. Its only going to get worse, trust me.

Turnover needed badly before the end of the half.

Bears running through the SEA defense.
Tatupu still looks hurt, Curry hasn't been a factor in his two years, Hawthorn is ok but just not talented enough. SEA needs a bigger, run stopping LB in this offseason.

Is the Bears offence this good, or are the Seahawks just this bad? Should make for an interesting NFC Championship game in Soldier field next week. This is pre-merger stuff to have a Bears and Packers Championship game.

The Bears running game is rolling right over Seattle's defence

There was the turnover needed....but couldn't jump on the ball. Next play, punt gets downed at the 1, a 50 yard difference in field position.
Just not going to happen today.

Like I've said before. If Cutler is right, the bears can be this potent offensively. Forte is having a great season under Martz (surprisingly) and Cutler has the tools to roll this offense.

But, if Cutler is having an off day, he can't seem to get it back and the offense flounders, while the defense seems to be on the field for the whole game.

I hope if the Bears win this game, that they will bring a similar one next week, as it would make for a great NFC championship game between two hisotic rivals. Win or lose, it could be a great game.

If Babineux intercepts that, he probably takes it to the house and suddenly you're looking at a tie game with momentum on the side of the Seahawks. Instead they go down 14-0 and everything looks to be falling apart. Too bad.

Yup, and even if the rest of the half played out the way it did, its a one score game.

That's not taking into consideration that Cutler may get those voices in his head as he did when he threw 5 interceptions against Washington this year.

Kenny Albert doesn't look like the kind of guy you would associate to have that voice.

Wow that made no sense at all if you are still trying to win the game.

Its been 70 years.

This is the team I thought we would see in regards to the Hawks. I love Pete Carroll and think he will eventually get Seattle where they want to get to, but his rah-rah/all-for-one/us against the world stuff only works for so long in the NFL. You need talent, and Seattle is short of it in many areas right now.

Dont know if the hawks are playing really poorly or if the bears are playing that well, but either way I cant wait for next Sunday. Rubber match for the season with a SB trip on the line. Could be epic...or the Packers could annihilate them much like they did the Falcons!!

That's fine..when you have two players knocked out of the game, and have just gotten the biggest play of the game in a 62 yard kick return, you want to give the team something to feel positive about rather then fail at fourth down and remove any last positivity.

The NFL must be salivating. I know they get great ratings regardless, but Bears/Packers/Steelers and then either the jets or the pats are huge draws. Might have record numbers next week.

I can understand if this was week 12, but it's all or nothing here. They aren't going to score 4 touchdowns in the fourth quarter, there just isn't enough time left.

Feel good about? You think next season the remaining players are going to go.

"Well chicago kicked our ass, but at least we got that field goal".
