Would all depend on how much a team would be willing to pay.

Coleman is the perfect vet (like Backs) for rebuilding teams. He gives it his all each game and plays the right way.

The deal would have to include a first for me to consider it.

That is a decent offer, but if the 2025 1st is the Colorado pick or a heavily protected Philly 1st, I would pass as well. 12 might be too far to drop.

Pronman final rankings had Tij dropping to mid teens and Demidov at 9. While I appreciate he's not following the norms, seems well off the consensus with these.

I'll go where out on a limb here and say Pronman maybe the worst evaluator of talent and projector of draft success of any voice out there. How he remains relevant is shocking.

I could use a good rumor right now!?? As much as I love this tear it down thing; I am inclined to believe that all this draft capital will result in the Flames being in on some young kids needing a change of scenery which some of our very own insiders have eluded too.

I’m not advocating for anyone of these guys but I fully expect the flames to walk away with one or more of these guys or utilizing there cap space to increase their draft capital.

I could see the Flames trading a 2nd for a D like Liljegren, or Lundkvist.

It's also interesting if some RFA negotiations go sour, especially on D:
Rangers: Lindgren could be the odd man out if they can't move Trouba
Utah: Need to re-sign the entire D-core(Durzi, Moeser, Valimaki, Kesselring), and are looking to bring in a D in trade.

Not an RFA but...
SJS: Ferraro seems to be available, especially after bringing in Walman, but I hope the Flames stay away.

Really hoping they take the buy low options like Kakko. Give the Rags the Colorado 2nd and a Vegas 3rd and call it a day and see if Kakko can bounce back.

So, serious question. Once this next draft and FA period is over.. will Conroy still be considered a new "rookie" GM?

I think with all the moves he has made, at this point, he will probably start getting treated like the other veteran guys.

I still think he has a ways to go to be considered a "veteran." I would think of him like a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice at this point with great experience and treated with respect based on his experience.

Flyers are looking at buying out Cal Peterson. If the Flames are looking for a 3rd string goalie with experience maybe they can pick up Peterson and a pick or two and have him as the third string option.

Don’t like it.

Another LHS winger that falls right in the same mix as Zary, Posposil, Honzek, Pelletier. You could also add Stromgren to the stable of LHS wingers.

If the Flames draft Iggy, there’s another.

If there’s one position/profile the Flames have too much of, it’s LHS wingers.

I'm curious what the return for Askorov would be.

I'm not entirely sure why we even need a third-stringer, unless this is just lingo for a starter with the Wranglers? If so, was Oscar Dansk not a good option?

Vladar might not be 100% to start the season and with two young goalies it is good to have some competition at camp. We don’t necessarily have a finalized tandem for the Wranglers either.

For what it's worth it's his final mock draft, not his final rankings. The last couple years his mocks have been pretty close, but even he acknowledges that was largely luck. This year there are so many scenarios in play everybody is mostly guessing (other than McKenzie who I'm sure will post each pick before the team gets to the podium).

With the buyout news coming, I wonder if the roster player was Atkinson and flyers were hoping that the blue jackets would be interested in a reunion.

With the rumored price of climbing into the top 10, I think I'm happy with where the Flames are now.
