It definitely seemed to good to be true, hence why I was looking for the Russian angle on things....turns out they just wanted to flex on how easy it is to violate agreements.

Obviously won't post the video, but there is one circulating online of Russian/Wagner soldiers castrating a Ukrainian POW in Severodonetsk. Naturally Russian telegram either endorses it or claims its fake.
