Did some napkin research and the Oilers have never had a player win the rookie of the year. Them and the Flyers are the established teams without having a Calder winner. The other 3 teams are expansion teams (TB, Anaheim, and Vegas). Crazy with all the first overalls they haven't been able to check that checkbox. Turns out that Brandon Manning was good for something. Although, I am a bit conflicted, because he played for the Oilers.

YES!
But the list is faulty; Strathcona county is literally a #### swamp. Though I suppose it's self reported, and the people there are something akin to frogs in boiling water.
They make a lot of money and have almost no property tax, so I suspect those are heavily weighted criteria lol.
