Of course the game ends with a Smoak AB with the bases loaded.

Seems very fitting.

Great catch....good ball game other than the result.

Gotta get it turned around in a hurry though.

Well that was about as wild a final two innings as you get. Of course Smoak couldn't be the hero because God is cruel like that.

What an absolutely Terrible at bat by Pillar. I really don't care what he did up until that point. You pull that garbage with the bases loaded and 1 out and swinging at stuff over your head, you should be sitting tommorow.

Martin and Pillar strikeout looking. At least swing! Jays officially in trouble now. Orioles one game back, Boston possibly tied. It's gonna be tight.

I'm positive I've said it in this thread before, Pillar swings at balls and watches strikes.

If it's not raining so hard, Smoak goes yard there.

I am not pleased right now. This team just doesn't seem to have the same mojo it did last year. Like seriously f*** off Yankees.

haha what a game, pitchers were great through 6 then things got nutty. Great grab to end the game, as mentioned, if it's not raining that's a slam.

I think he was trying too hard because of this misplay on the triple.

Aside from Sanchez, this team's pitching is starting to reflect its price tag. A month straight of the AL East will really separate the boys from the men.

This team's offence is nowhere near as powerful as it was last year, so if the pitching goes mediocre and the bullpen takes a step backwards, we are going to be in trouble.

Yeah probably the case, but he's a hacker on every at bat. That at bat was ridiculous though.

It was a good swing, just seems fitting because of the earlier AB for Smoak with the bases loaded.

The starting pitching has been mediocre for a few weeks now and just recently the bullpen has taken a step backwards. It's not looking great right now. Hopefully they can right the ship.
