I decided a few years ago that life is too short to get upset about sports. There are endlessly more important things in life. I relish the victories, and I get somewhat upset at losses, but I've learned to let it go pretty quickly.
Last year was a heartbreaker for me. 2 years ago with the Flames losing to the Oilers was another heartbreaker. I figure I'm due for something good to happen.
Gotta think positive. Hope is always an option.

On that point about being critical of refs, I admire Paul Maurice and the way he dealt with it when being bench interviewed by Kaplan, "meh. We're used to it, doesn't matter, onward"

Nah. They thought they had momentum and would be leading. They are probably puckering.

Early goal to make it 3-1 is nice, but that always means the other team is going to push a bunch and the Oilers can score.
Just get the puck in deep and rub it along the boards and kill time.

What I know for a fact, whoever wins will not make any impact on my life what so ever.
So I hope only for entertainment and overtime.

There’s still time for Tkachuk and Bennett to do something. Barkiv has been fine - no complaints there (but he deserves a goal).
Bob needs to reach down deep and get into god mode again.

I want an overtime win for someone. Really dislike a bunch of these guys and I’d love to see some painful tears that come with a game seven overtime loss.

No. Florida needs to win a runaway third period that makes the Oilers look stupid.

Florida cannot dump and chase or retreat. You give Edmonton the puck and they'll score.
The refs will ensure it

I just don't want to see mcdingus on every SN ad, pregame intro, etc. with a cup. He's so gross in so many ways.
Dork puts a 10ft basketball hoop in a basement with 12 ft ceilings. Just saying.

Florida is incredibly dislikeable but against Edmonton you have to. Plus I’d love to see Lomberg raise the Cup in half an hour!
