JP Saxe was the Canadian singer - if you want to call it that.

Brutal. I know it's a terriblle call, but Bichette playing like it's the dog days of summer out there. And they leave with nothing.

I feel rage. Especially with that shot of a smarmy Rob Lowe applauding after that ump ####up.
If you’re gonna call a clear ball a strike, maybe make it clear.

Too bad Bichette had that brainfart. You can't assume anything with the umpires.

From what I've seen, baseball more than any sport is super resistant to improving the game with tech. Just one of those old school games. Absolute trash calls by the umps are just seen as part of the game because it's been that way since the start.

Terrible blunder by Bichette, but that was like a foot high, maybe.
End result was definitely cost them at least 1 run

Absolute garbage call. Hopefully that puts a burr in the Jays' saddle and we see the Hulk offense tonight. I missed the beginning of the game knocking down a little wildfire on a friend's property, but I've got the lucky Vladdy Jersey on now that I received in time for game 3 of the ALCS.

Bichette only started going to 2nd because - for some reason - Varsho started running to 1st, after initially stopping

I don't blame Bo that's complete crap and honestly this is the world series the umps should get together and admit fault. But nope let's screw the Jays

Bo with an obvious brain fart. But everything about that play was 100 percent on the ump. From the terrible missed strike, to the delayed call, to quietly putting his finger up. ####ing bush league.
Also. why the hell is the PA so freaking loud? They're probably pumping in crowd noise too to try and portray this aura of the greatest stadium in sports. Also bush league.

It looked to me like Varsho realized Bo Fd up and started faking a walk/ confusion hoping for time call or Dodgers to get equally as confused

Honestly terrible call but we only have our own team to blame for the lazy walk over.

The Jays are going to have to win this game in spite of the ump. Rough start for him.
Max looks really good, besides that one pitch.
