The Main Concourse will be at street level and will be the top of the lower bowl. That's why the practice rink is completely underground.

My main concern is simply this:
It feels like they're working WAY too hard to sell this to us.
They're like those street vendors in Mexico who are trying to sell you blanket or bangle or some crap made by their Sainted mother.
You would obviously be skeptical.
But in this case we already gave them the money. So...whats the deal?
