Missed the OT goal. ###%. Now all we will hear for the next 48h is the wonderful redemption story of the amazing mcwhiner after his penalty. The PBP guy was already writing that narrative after his first chance in the first OT. Worst possible guy that could score as more nauseating circle jerking will occur on SN.
So, oilers goals by mcwhiner, pissy and hymen. Shocking. Such depth.
I’d like to hear what his defense was for his high stick.

But for the 4 minute power play Dallas didn’t have great scoring chances. I think they can elevate their game offensively.
They took out two teams that are better than EDM in my view.

Dallas cannot afford to get any more powerplays. The Oilers PK gives them too much momentum.

I saw Draisatl and McDavid both make defensive plays tonight. Even a blocked shot. WTF?
Not happy but I still have confidence that Dallas is the better team and the better team will win. It's just one game. One of seven.

It's genuinely ridiculous how well they're playing defensively with the plugs and waiver fodder level roster they have.
We need the Stars to end this nightmare. At least it absolutely can't get worse than what we saw from the Canucks in their Game 6/7. The Stars have too much pride to not give a solid effort. They looked great for long periods of time this game too so I'm not worried yet, but it won't be as easy as we all wanted it to be.

Could have gone either way, fortunate bounces on goals for both sides. And those two Dallas posts in OT….. Easily could have been a stars win. Hopefully that’s their rust-shaker game and a wake up call. If they can beat Vegas and the Avs , they can sure as hell beat the no-goods. Hintz hopefully back will help them at centre. They were getting killed by nut-spearer Ryan all game.
