Your AHL pylon d-man fell and whipped his stick around and hit the skates. Said pylon had a hissy fit in the box and flipped out on the refs. In reg season could have faced discipline for that.

I watched the game and considering it is after midnight I decided to get ready for bed sorry to disappoint though. The Oilers deserved to lose though they were undisciplined and took a number of bad penalties. A cross check to the head when you are leading by one is moronic and the trip in overtime was obvious and should have been called . I think that the officiating was good tonight and the right calls were made. I don’t believe in the philosophy that some have that every call should be made as the game would be a constant 3 on 3.
Skinner looked shaken throughout the game giving up large rebounds and not really looking set.
The oilers need to outscore their goaltending and when McDavid puts up no points then they are dead in the water. I think that they will come back strong in game 2 though

god. I work in 9 hours, and have to take my kids to school in 7 hours (and make them breakfast) and Im on hold with CHED to troll them about being a tier 2 fan, and needing advice on what to take to the next game to toss on the ice after the loss. My priorities, man.
