I don't sweat it, that sad guy is just a mega troll who hangs out in the off topic boards mainly to stir the pot. Remember how I said the rules don't always apply? This clown is the prime example. Adds nothing to the board at all. I actually feel sorry for him his life is so empty he has to find enjoyment in attacking other posters constantly. Sad.
He's basically 26 year old Morty.

Does anyone have a GIF of the 3 dudes putting the Voodoo Hex on Oettenger while he was drinking water next to the bench? Jersey over the head, crazy fingers...
Heroic. The lot of em!

What a draft that turned out to be for Dallas. Heiskenan (though they picked one spot ahead of Makar so could have been better), trade Crowse and Boland for the pick to get Oettinger, trade Jurco for the pick to get Jason Robertson
That Dallas team is gonna be a good team going forward. I was kind of afraid of the Flames meeting them in the first round as the Preds would've been an easier matchup. I'd hate to go up against the Stars in next year's first round matchup if it happens again. What a series and a game 7 last night!
Great story on 960 right now (Marek?) about Dallas trading up in the draft to get in front of Philly to draft Oettinger 26th OA (it is believed that Hextall was going to take him at 27)
The kid has a bright future. But while he may end up having a long, successful career in the NHL, I'm not sure if he'll ever play as well as he did in this playoff series again. He was THAT good. Plus, there is something about being the underdog, being a rookie, too young to realize or understand the magnitude of what is happening. He won't have that next time.
Not trying to minimize what he just accomplished, but we've seen rookie goalies go on heaters before in the playoffs. Once there is pressure and expectation and you can show you can do it year over year, then you've made it.

Yesterday was a chance to make him into a lifelong fan instead of a casual fan.
Hopefully another presents itself!
He has zero interest in sports lol. He will watch if he is bored but mostly if he watches it is to try and goad me on. We play jokes on eachother and try to get the other one. It's all in fun.

Hey now, don’t judge me. My life was a lot more fulfilling before I lost 5/9 of my children to hockey superstitions. Now the rest have to stay in the cages until the Flames win the cup because I hear them whispering, plotting all night, trying to come up with some scheme to escape and kill me in my sleep. They’ve gone completely rabid. I’m actually not sure what I’m going to do, on one hand I have to hope the Flames win the cup though that means their release and my certain death. On the other, the Flames getting shut out in a four game sweep could really free me from this prison I’ve created for myself.

He does do some bizarre things though. Why is he teeing up from the blue line? He was back there so often, it was so weird. Once he got in Kylingtons way and Kylington couldn’t walk the blue line like he wanted.
It's because Kylington is not a great d man, he falls down every 8 seconds, and bobbles the puck like crazy, so Jarnkrok has to be nearby to cover him.

Seriously though, Kylington drives me crazy.
He does fall a lot. It seems like sometimes his skates aren't tight enough, and he also does the oldschool method of not putting the shin pad over the tongue of the skate. He falls all over, and sometimes very dangerously.
The crazy part is that when he is ON his skates, his skating is elite, lol.
What an enigma the young man is. I guess it's the definition of high risk/high reward.
